Sukar Nabat began as a small cake boutique on Al Meena Street in Sharjah, baking heritage Levantine cakes for families across the emirate. Word travelled fast — within a few seasons our boutique had become a destination for celebrations across the UAE.

What never changed was the obsession with the detail — the temper of the chocolate, the brightness of a pistachio, the exact tension of a rose buttercream. What did change was who got to participate in the design.

In 2026 we launched our AI Designer — a generative atelier that turns your words into a rendered cake in seconds. Our pâtissiers read your brief, study the render, and bring it to life with the same craft we began with.
